The Faculty of Industrial Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized the training program of the 2nd “Guidelines for Preparing Terms of Reference (TOR) Legally in order to Be Able to Accomplish Procurement, Contract and Disbursement as Plan” on 18-19 January  2020, at The Royal River Hotel, Bangkok, and Mr. Picha Sriprachan, the Vice Dean for Administration, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, was invited to preside in giving an opening speech. In addition, this training was honored by Mr. Nutchanun Siripongsurapa to be a speaker. This training aimed to provide participating trainees knowledge and understanding on law, regulations and guidelines regarding government procurement and supplies management, general knowledge and financial and fiscal management in government sector as well as operations in electronic systems.
