Loan withdrawal form, Student Loan Fund (Kor Sor.) with attached documents, semester 2/2022

Borrowers can submit documents from now until January 31, 2023, from 09.00 – 16.00 (only).

At the health and sports center building, 3rd floor (glass hall, badminton field entrance), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Bangkok

Documents to be submitted

1. Loan withdrawal form, amount 2 sets

2. A copy of student card

3. 2 copies of the borrower's ID card

4. Invoice for semester 2/2022, amount 1 set

5. Registration report for semester 2/2022, amount 1 set

6. 2 copies of identification card of legal representative

7. Copy of name change certificate Surname change certificate (In case of change both the borrower and the legal representative) use 2 copies each
